This Holiday Inn Express was the absolutely best one we have ever stayed in (and we have stayed in many). We always have a good experience at a Holiday Inn Express, but this one was outstanding. The rooms were exceptionally beautiful with many extra comforts. The people working there were absolutely the most gracious and most welcoming hotel staff we have ever encountered. Each person made us feel that we were the most important guest in the world! They just couldn't do enough for us. It was a great experience and we will stay there every time we are in that area.

Mr. Patel and his staff should be writing the customer service manual for the entire chain. I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past year. Each time I was welcomed with a smile and a handshake and made to feel right at home. The facility is clean, the breakfast hot, the coffee is good, and the staff seem to enjoy working there. I cannot recommend this facility highly enough! Vic Meliti

I can't say enough about the wonderful service. It was the best experience I have ever had at a motel. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. You could tell they enjoyed their jobs and the result was an incredible stay. We didn't know the area but the staff did and were extremely helpful in getting us to the best tourist spots. I can't thank them enough for a wonderful experience. I would recommend them to anyone and if I ever travel to that area again I know where I will be staying. Thank you so much.

I just spent a week at your holiday Inn Express (Room #218). I just wanted let you know how please I have been with my stay. Not only your staff is courteous, helpful and professional but the rooms are everything what I would expect from a 5 stars hotel. I travel lots in America but your service and facilities were far beyond my expectations. I wish you the best for the future and hope that you could become an example for the rest of the hostelry business all over the country.

If you want as example to build your business properly, you or your most trusted colleagues should evaluate this property and management. This staff has been flawlessly trained to exceed expectations for all strata of customers. For over 40 years, I spend as much as half the year on the road, and I belong to every hotel program. I never would have expected a Holiday Inn Express property surpass the overall experience of any Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton, or Hotel Bel-Air, but Mr. Patel's team has done so on four occasions recently. Remarkable!! The grounds were filled with beautiful flowers at every possible location. Loved the "outdoors" feeling in the city. Very quite. I never heard traffic or noise from other rooms. The staff is unbelieveably friendly and remembered us by name. They were very helpful with directions and making travel arrangements. Fresh warm cookies in the afternoon and the best breakfast selection I have ever seen at a hotel. The rooms are peaceful and calming. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. The lighting in the rooms were great for both working and relaxation. Very clean and maintained. The experience at this hotel was worth the money, many times over. I didn't want to go home!!

We stayed here for the Stanford Baseball camp. I've had one of my best nights rest in our suite. The suites are large and have wood floors. The staff is fabulous, friendly and very helpful. Gladys helped us with directions to the Zoo and Pier 39. The breakfast was wonderful and coffee was hot. You can even have a snack bag which I took advantage of and filled with a couple of apples. The business center is free - easy to print out boarding passes. The work out facility has all that you would need. The swimming pool could have been bigger, but my kids did not notice because they were in it every chance they could get. It has easy access to the highways and airport. I would recommend a stay here.

My 3rd (or 4th) stay in this hotel. Best Holiday Inn hotel I have ever been (being Platinum, I have been in a lot). The staff goes the extra mile in service and attitude, and it feels in every aspect of the stay.

This hotel has all the bases covered for a GREAT stay. The accomodations in the room are top notch, expecially the beds as they are the most comfortable I have styain in a lng time. In addition, the staff is friendly and helpful. I am on the road over 100 days a year and this hotel is by far the best place i have stayed at! i look forward to returning to this hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

As a frequent business traveler I have had the pleasure of staying in many hotels around the country. None has come even close to the sincere care and attention I receive every time I visit Mountain View and stay in my favorite Hotel. Gladys and Linda are delightful and remember me by name every time I visit. I truly feel valued and a member of their "professional family". Thank you for continuing to make my stays a wonderful experience every time!

Great room with a great view, comfortable beds, daily room service, 24 hours coffee machine (free!!), delicious breakfast, free internet, a small garden for the smokers; all of these plus a great team of hotel staff always eager to help with a smile. What more could I ask for!!

I have been staying here regularly for almost 2 years, and this has been the only hotel our company has used for over 10 years for out of town employees & visitors. The staff is the number one reason we stay here. They are always so friendly & accommodating. The rooms are also comfortable, clean, and have been nicely updated. The bed is even more comfortable than my bed at home! It''s a great home away from home.

I am greeted by a smiling customer service representative (no matter day or night) who makes me feel welcome. The fitness center includes plenty of equipment to help me stay in shape. There is a continental plus breakfast each morning, free USA Today papers in the lobby, cookies in the evening, and free wireless internet usage. I get everything I need to do my job comfortably while away from home.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it was better than the first. After checking into our room, the shift manager called to ask if everything was satisfactory. It indeed was. The room was clean, well lit, the bed very comfortable. Even though the hotel is located right on El Camino Real, we could not hear any traffic noise in our room. The complementary breakfast was excellent. Fresh coffee, eggs, bacon, waffles, pastries, juice-easily a $10.00 breakfast at the local restraunts. The hotel is within easy walking distance of several nice restraunts and shopping, and easy access to HWY 101. Excellent property and a superb value for the service and ammenities offered. A definite must stay.
